These providers process your data solely to deliver the requested service and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud infrastructure providers (including Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting) to operate the Platform. Your data is stored and processed on their infrastructure in accordance with their security practices.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process (e.g., a subpoena, court order, or government request).
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose your information when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
